Terms of Service.

Last updated: March 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AppMuse platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AppMuse is operated by SaaS Factory Sweden AB ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sweden.

2. Description of Service

AppMuse is an AI-powered platform that generates mobile applications from natural language descriptions. The Service includes:

  • AI-driven code generation for Flutter/Dart applications
  • Isolated development environments (Docker containers) per project
  • Live preview on Android emulators
  • GitHub integration for version control
  • Code export (ZIP download, APK build, GitHub push)
  • Built-in code editor and terminal access
  • Third-party integrations via the Connectors panel (Firebase, Google Maps, OneSignal, Cloudinary, Resend, RevenueCat, Sentry, and others)
  • Credits system for AI usage billing
  • Companion desktop app for live device preview on local Android emulators and USB-connected devices
  • APK building and QR code installation for testing on physical devices
  • USB device deployment for direct installation to connected Android devices

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use AppMuse. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account or let others access it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that show signs of abuse.

4. Code Ownership

You own all code generated by AppMuse for your projects. This includes Flutter/Dart source code, backend code, configuration files, and any other generated artifacts. You are free to:

  • Use the generated code for any purpose, including commercial use
  • Modify, distribute, and sublicense the code
  • Export and deploy the code to any hosting provider
  • Continue using the code after canceling your AppMuse subscription

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over code generated for your projects. However, the AppMuse platform itself, including its AI system, tools, templates, and infrastructure, remains our intellectual property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppMuse to:

  • Generate applications that are illegal or promote illegal activities
  • Create malware, spyware, or applications designed to harm users
  • Attempt to access other users' projects or containers
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI system or platform code
  • Use the platform to mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated workloads in containers
  • Exceed usage limits through automation, scripting, or other means
  • Generate content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself (the generated code is yours, but the platform is not)

6. AI-Generated Code

Code generated by our AI system is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, AI-generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing generated code before deploying to production
  • Testing your application thoroughly
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Addressing any security issues in the generated code

AI-generated code may occasionally resemble publicly available open-source code. It is your responsibility to verify license compliance for any code you deploy.

7. Service Plans & Billing

AppMuse offers both free and paid plans. Free plans are subject to limits on projects, messages per day, and available features. Paid plans provide higher limits and additional capabilities.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period and can export all your code.

AppMuse uses a credits system for AI usage billing. Credits are consumed based on AI token usage — different AI models cost different amounts of credits per token. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance. If you exhaust your monthly allowance, additional credits can be purchased. Credit consumption is tracked per request and includes both input and output tokens. Unused credits from your monthly allowance do not roll over to the next billing period.

8. Container Resources

Each project runs in an isolated Docker container with allocated CPU, memory, and storage resources. Containers may be paused after periods of inactivity to conserve resources and will be automatically resumed when you access the project. We reserve the right to terminate containers that consume excessive resources or violate these Terms.

9. GitHub Integration

When you connect your GitHub account, you grant us permission to push code to repositories you designate. We only access repositories you explicitly link to AppMuse projects. We store your GitHub access token securely and use it solely for the purpose of syncing your project code.

10. Data Processing

We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection laws. Our servers are located in the EU. We use encryption for data at rest and data in transit. Personal data is processed only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep AppMuse available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Factory Sweden AB and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your projects and data will be permanently removed. We recommend exporting your code before deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your code, unless the violation poses an immediate risk to the platform or other users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent Swedish courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory EU or Swedish consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of AppMuse after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
